Jennifer is a bilingual coach, speaker and entrepreneur. Over the course of 15 years in the field of developing people, she has impacted more than 10,000 people world-wide. Jenny’s passion is to empower people by supporting them to navigate the path from where they are now to where they want to be, both professionally and personally.

As an entrepreneur Jennifer builds organizations that fulfill her passion. On top of YOU+, Jennifer invests in real estate providing quality homes and work places for people. In 2007 she founded an NGO that improves the lives of less privileged children and their families in rural Nigeria. Currently she is working on a project aiming to provide the 20,000 villagers with clean drinking water.
